These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Fixit LLC (ID 400310329, Georgia, Tbilisi) (hereinafter — the “Company”) and the user when using the website https://lic.ge.

By making a purchase on the platform, the user confirms that they have read and agree to this Agreement. The Agreement is drafted in accordance with the Civil Code of Georgia, the Law of Georgia on Electronic Commerce, and the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.

LIC.GE is an online platform for selling digital software licenses, operated by Fixit LLC. The Company is an authorized Microsoft Indirect CSP reseller.

Products available on the platform:

• Microsoft 365 (Personal, Family, Business), Windows 10/11, Office 2021/2024, Project, Visio

The license key (Product Key) is delivered automatically — by email and in your personal account — within 5–15 minutes of payment.

All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL / ₾), in accordance with Georgian legislation, VAT included.

Payment methods:

• Bank card: Visa / Mastercard — via Bank of Georgia's certified payment gateway
• Installments: Bank of Georgia “Ganatsile” — 0% for up to 4 months. Longer terms are subject to Bank of Georgia's standard installment rates (annual effective interest rate from 16.8%); exact terms are determined by the bank at the time of payment

After payment, the user receives a payment confirmation (receipt) by email.

• The purchased license is intended exclusively for the purchasing individual or legal entity
• Reselling, transferring or sharing the license with third parties is strictly prohibited
• Use of the license is subject to the relevant vendor's End User License Agreement (EULA)

The lic.ge logo, design, text and other content are the intellectual property of Fixit LLC. Use of the platform does not grant you the right to copy or distribute this content.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of purchased software beyond the amount paid. The Company is not liable for delays caused by external technical failures (internet provider, vendor systems) outside the platform.

The user may cancel their account at any time by sending a request to support@lic.ge. Account cancellation does not affect purchases already made.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Changes take effect 14 calendar days after publication. Users will be notified by email.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the Tbilisi City Court.
